Quality - Our products are of the highest quality in materials and workmanship. If for any reason you are dissatisfied please return the item within 7 days for a full refund. All returned merchandise must be in resale condition and returned prepaid in the original packaging packed inside master packaging material or carton material suitable for posting.

Prices - Prices are as per the currency stated, (NZ or Aust) are GST inclusive and there is a postage and handling charge for all items added upon checkout.

Security - We use the industry standard SSL to process all order information including your credit card number.

Processing Orders - Your order will be processed immediately. If we require more information or clarification we will contact you by email, phone or fax. If you have requested an out of stock item we will notify you immediately. Your credit card will not be charged until we despatch the item to you.
